In Episode 71 we have a returning guest … Calexico Mayor Bill Hodge. In this episode, I wanted to focus on the expansion of Heber park. For those of you who don’t know #Calexico was awarded $8.5 million from the state to expand Heber park. Despite the fact that this is something positive for our city some in our community were and are still worried that these funds are going to be misused and the project won’t be completed. I am one of those who are worried that we won’t see this project get finalized and I hope that my conversation with the mayor can help ease the concerns we have.
